Fulhadhoo
Three hundred and forty-one people live on Fulhadhoo, on a long sandbank at the southern edge of Baa. It is one of three small islands — with Goidhoo and Fehendhoo — that sit together on their own reef, apart from the rest of the atoll.
The island is known for a beach that runs most of its length and for having almost nothing else. A handful of guesthouses, no nightlife, and the nearest shop of any size a boat ride away.
Baa's headline attraction, Hanifaru Bay, is in the same atoll but not next door — reaching it from here means a trip rather than a stroll.
