Noonu

Noonu sits in the northern half of the country, beyond the reach of a comfortable boat journey from Malé but within the range of the domestic network. It is better known among divers than among beach travellers — the atoll's eastern channels carry current and the marine life that comes with it.

Guesthouse tourism arrived here later than in Ari or Kaafu, and the number of islands set up for visitors is correspondingly small.
